Description

Château Nénin offers a superb second wine, crafted with the same care as its older sibling. Vinification takes place in small, temperature-controlled vats, and malolactic fermentation occurs in vats as well, but in a separate room. The wine remains true to the château’s style, while being more approachable and supple. This wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The grapes come from the sandy-clay soils found on the eastern half of the vineyard, as well as from young vines planted on the prime terroirs of the plateau.
