Description
Ingredients:
White wines Macabeo and Muscatel varieties, freshly squeezed lemon juice, peach syrup, natural aroma of watermelon and inverted sugar syrup. Pasteurized without preservatives.
Process:
Lemons are squeezed and added together with the macabeo white wine and the white wine is macerated in a cold tank for 24 hours with the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Subsequently, muscatel wine, peach syrup, natural watermelon aroma and invert sugar syrup are added. Finalley macerated for 12 hours minimum. Then filtered, pasteurized, bottled, refrigerated and labeled.
